What Is CrossFit?

What We Do

CrossFit and Olympic/Power Lifting develop individual athletes, teams, and clientele to reach their genetic potential in all domains of sport and life through constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity.

These methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness, from children to elite athletes, and everything in between. CrossFit is used as a principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

The CrossFit methodology is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect program for any committed individual regardless of experience. It can be used for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; but keep the program consistent.

The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

We offer personalized training and can provide consultation services to athletic teams, coaches, and police and military agencies.

Beginner’s On-Ramp Course

On-Ramp is an exciting 4-week (8 classes!) small-group introduction to the basics of the CrossFit methodology and movements. You will learn to perform the fundamental CrossFit movements. Your coach will provide modified workouts each class to build up your aerobic capacity before entering regular WODs (workouts of the day).

All classes include warm up, skill/strength practice, beginner workout, & cool down/stretching!
